The right person.
Not just an available person.

Qualifications matter. So does the way Mom feels when someone walks through her front door.

Let’s talk about care
A family getting to know a caregiver

A hello before the first day.

Before regular care begins, we schedule a meet-and-greet with the caregiver we’ve matched to your family. You and Mom get to know the person who will be coming into her home.

There’s room to ask.

  • How do you like to get to know someone new?
  • How would you help Mom keep the parts of her routine she loves?
  • What would a typical visit look like?
  • How will we share preferences and updates?

You don’t need a checklist or the perfect questions. Just notice how the conversation feels—and give Mom space to share what she thinks.

If it doesn’t feel right, tell us.

A personality mismatch isn’t anyone’s fault. Let your coordinator know, and we’ll help arrange a different match. No awkwardness. No hassle. You don’t need to justify wanting Mom to feel comfortable.

Comfort keeps mattering.

The introduction is the beginning. If something changes once care is underway, reach out to your coordinator. We’ll listen and work through the next step with you.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Tell us what’s becoming hard, and we’ll help you think through the next step.

Your request comes to Pink Glove Care—not a network of providers. We don’t sell your inquiry.
